Regional sectional meeting as part of the August Conference for methodologists and headmasters of educational institutions of East Kazakhstan region “Educational management. Ways to improve education management quality”
On August 19, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held an online sectional meeting called “Educational management. Ways to improve education management quality” as part of the August School Board Meeting of East Kazakhstan region on the topic “Key values of education: patriotism, thirst for knowledge, diligence”.
The panel section was attended by Heads of methodological units, methodologists, headmasters of regional schools. The total number of participants made up more than 200 people.
Elmira T. Shaumenova, Head of Management Department of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, introduced the participants of the meeting to the features of the new 2022-2023 school year, namely to the changes in the Model Curricula and Model Planning.
The following speakers made presentations during the sectional meeting:
Gulzhan T. Karimova and Perizat T. Nuroldinova, chief methodologists of Resource Center of Bilim Land LLP on “Digital Resources in Education Quality Improvement”;
Askar Shunayev, Director for Projects Development and Implementation and Mazhit A. Zharaspay, a lecturer of STEM Academia LLP on “Modern modification of subject classrooms for quality education”;
Baglan N. Kassym, Testter.kz Project Manager of TechnoMedia LLP on “Methods of work to bridge gaps among school students.”
The following experts shared their experience during the event:
Elena A. Saakyan on “Innovative management as a basis for improving control quality in a modern school”;
Alfiya S. Manapova on “Innovative methods and approaches in improving school management”;
Fatima G. Nagibayeva on “Creating conditions for shaping skills of the 21st century in School-Lyceum of Altai town”;
Shynar T. Mazhinova “Mektep menegmenti: Tiimdi baskaru men sapali bilim – tabysty okytu kepili”;
Aigul Ch. Kadirova “Mekteptegі іs-аreketti zhаne sabakty zertteudі uiymdastyru аrkyly mekteptіn zerteushіlіk mаdenietіn kalyptastyru”;
Zharkyn K. Urkumbayev “Bilim beru zhuyesinіn mumkindіkterіn paidalanu arkyly bilim sapasyn arttyru”;
Bayan K. Bagisova “Biik zhetistik - bilim ordasyndagy zhana serpin”.
The experts presented the major directions of the school's work to improve the quality of the educational process and to shape key competencies of schoolstudents in the light of modern requirements, raising a happy generation, as well as the main tasks, effective ways and school results. The speakers described the innovative management, the principles, methods, organizational forms and technological methods of managing pedagogical systems, the innovative methods and approaches to improve school management.
Following the meeting, the participants gave feedback and shared their views on the key features of the school year.
