East Kazakhstan region has approved the volume of the state educational order to be 6,630 places for the training of personnel with technical and professional, post-secondary education for the 2024-2025 academic year, including:
- 3,730 places funded by the regional budget;
- 2,900 places funded by the republican budget intended for admission of applicants on the basis of the 9th grade.
Additionally, for the 2024-2025 academic year, 905 places from the total volume of the state order at the expense of the regional budget are designated for the targeted state order, requiring a bilateral agreement between colleges and employers.
Following the Standard Admission Rules for educational organizations offering educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education (the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 18, 2018 No. 578.), applications for enrollment in technical and vocational, post-secondary education organizations are accepted:
1) for educational programs of technical and vocational education, providing training of qualified workers, according to special training programs, and for admission to spiritual (religious) educational organizations, educational organizations in correctional institutions of the penitentiary system - from June, 25 to August, 25 of the calendar year, for evening courses – from June, 25 until September, 20 of the calendar year;
2) for educational programs of technical and vocational, post–secondary education, providing training of middle-level specialists and applied bachelors, for full-time education under the state order – are open from June, 25 to August, 18 of the calendar year on the basis of basic secondary education, from June, 25 to August, 20 of the calendar year on the basis of general secondary, technical and professional, post-secondary education, on a fee basis – from June, 25 to August, 25 of the calendar year, for evening and correspondence courses – from June, 25 to September, 20 of the calendar year, for specialties requiring creative training – from June, 25 to July, 20 of the calendar year, for pedagogical and medical specialties – from June, 25 to August, 15 of the calendar year.
