Results of East Kazakhstan regional schoolchildren’s participation in the IV Republican Abaytanu Olympiad in Kazakh language and literature

On 18-20 May, 2022, schoolchildren of East Kazakhstan region took part in the IV Republican Abaytanu Olympiad in Kazakh language and literature among students of grades 9-11.

The Olympiad was held in Almaty city on the basis of Abai Republican Specialized Boarding School for Gifted Children with advanced teaching of Kazakh language and literature.

The Olympiad included two rounds:

Round 1 - writing an essay from the words of edifying and poetry of Abai;

Round 2 - on the content of the novel by M. Auezov “Abai’s Way”.

Our region was represented by 5 students of grades 9-11.

According to the results of the Olympiad, First Degree Diplomas were awarded to:

- Nargiz Suigenbayeva - a 10th grader of Abai School-Kindergarten Complex of Zharma district;

- Aizere Manarbekova – an 11th grade of Abai Specialized Boarding School, Abai district.

Third Degree Diploma was awarded to:

- Nurai Jolumbetova - a 10th grader of Abai Specialized Boarding School, Abai district;

- Bayan Kabdiyeva - a 9th grader of Abai Specialized Boarding School, Abai district.
