Results of East Kazakhstan regional schoolchildren’s participation in the XVI International Competition “Mathematics and Design”

On May 8, 2022, schoolchildren of East Kazakhstan region took part in the XVI International Scientific Competition entitled “Mathematics and Design”.

The goal of the Competition is to develop students' interest in Mathematics, research and project activities.

Intellectuals from the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan and Bulgaria took part in the Competition. Scientific projects were presented online in 11 nominations.

According to the results of the Competition, the Third Degree Diplomas and bronze medals went to:

- Stepan Ottens – a 10th grader of School-Lyceum of Altai town, Altai district;

- Elizaveta Sinelnikova - a 7th grader of School-Lyceum No. 11 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

- Konstantin Davydov - a 7th grader of Regional Specialized School-Lyceum for Gifted Children in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science of Ust-Kamenogorsk city.
