Regional competition “Most Reading Family”, dedicated to International Family Day and the Year of Children

On May 13, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region summarized the regional remote competition called “Most Reading Family”, held as part of the Year of Children and dedicated to International Family Day.

The first round of the competition took place on 4-29 April, 2022 in district and city, regional educational institutions. 32 reading families from cities and districts took part in the regional competition and presented their creative works in the form of a video film and presentation.

Each work is full of bright and interesting family stories. Children, mothers and fathers, grandparents and entire family teams showed not only their passion for their favorite books, but also demonstrated their artistic talents, acting skills, and directing abilities.

Following the results of the Competition, the winners and nominees are:

Among schoolchildren of grades 1-4 and their families:

First Degree Diploma - Serik Aiym, a 4th grader of Y. Altynsarin Glubokoe Secondary School of Education Department of Glubokoe district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Second Degree Diploma - Symbatkyzy Ayaru, a 3rd grader of Karatal Secondary School of Education Department of Zaisan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Second Degree Diploma - Klivenko Yana, a 3rd grader of K. Satpayev Secondary School No. 2 of Education Department of Semey city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Third Degree Diploma - Inzhu Kabylkadyrova, a 4th grader of Town Kazakh School-Lyceum of Education Department of Ayagoz district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Third Degree Diploma - Ulakova Inkar, a 4th grader of Pervorossiyskoe Secondary School of Education Department of Altai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Third Degree Diploma - Victoria Ogradova, a 2nd grader of M. Auezov Secondary School of Education Department of Zaisan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;  

Among school students of grades 5-7 and their families:

First Degree Diploma - Orazalin Nursultan, a 6th grader of Karauyl General Education Gymnasium Education Department of Abai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Second Degree Diploma - Chepiga Arina, a 6th grader of Kozhokhov Secondary School of Education Department of Glubokoe district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Third Degree Diploma - Galymbek Nurbek, a 7th grader of Y. Altynsarin Gymnasium No. 37 of Education Department of Semey city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

The commission named the following nominations:

Okyrman uzhym - Altynbekkyzy Ayaru, a 1st grader of Abai Specialized Boarding School of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Active reader - Vera Petrovskaya, a 1st grader of M. Gorky Basic Secondary School of Education Department of Ridder town of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Oily okyrman - Zhumagali Alima, a 6th grader of Abai Specialized Boarding School-Gymnasium of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

All family teams showed their talents, imagination, skills and love of reading. A strong family spirit and family reading traditions played an important role in completing the assignments.
