School of Young Managerial Personnel’s Reserve -2021

On 11-13 May, 2022, M. Auezov Secondary School No. 17 and Secondary School No. 35 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region hosted the final fourth session of School of Young Managerial Personnel’s Reserve -2021. It was held according to the annual plan of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region within the framework of the project “School of Young Managerial Personnel’s Reserve”.

The lecturers of the course are Elena A. Saakyan, headmaster of M. Auezov Secondary School No. 17 and Anna M. Taimova, headmaster of Secondary School No. 35 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

The project “School of Young Managerial Personnel’s Reserve” was developed with the aim of training qualified specialists who are ready for leadership in educational institutions of the region. Through lectures and practical training, the project participants develop their skills in practical management activities, as well as reinforce the experience of innovative activities. The educational program of the course for the 2021-2022 school year included 96 hours - 4 sessions.

During the 4th session, for three days, the students studied the following topics: Financing plan of an education institution, Rules to estimate a budget call, Rules to assess wages, Budgetary accountability of institutions. Forms of budgetary accountability, Distribution of expenses according to specifics, Inventory of property and inventory, procedure and registration, Writing-off of unserviceable  funds, Taxation of budgetary institutions, Public procurement in an educational institution.

Following the course, 39 participants were awarded certificates of completion of the course “School of Young Managerial Personnel’s Reserve”.
