Regional online workshop “Improving Education and Training Practice through Effective Planning”

On April 27, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional methodological online workshop for deputy headmasters for educational affairs entitled “Improving Education and Training Practice through Effective Planning”.

The goal of the workshop is to improve the leadership and management competence of the heads of educational institutions, to exchange experience in developing teamwork and improving the education quality.

The workshop was attended by deputy headmasters for teaching and educational affairs of general education schools.

In all, 100 people participated in the workshop.

Deputy Headmaster for Academic Affairs of Karaul Gymnasium of Education Department of Abai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region Togzhan M. Ablambayeva shared her experience on the topic “Effective management: structure, strategy, personnel”.

Deputy Director for Educational Affairs of R. Marsekov Secondary School of Education Department of Ulan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region Asem Kh. Chamakayeva noted that as a result of providing support for the professional development of personnel, the exchange of experience and effective planning of the possibilities of the information and material base and other resources, it is possible to ensure the achievement of students' knowledge, meeting the needs of society and the individual.

Tursyn S. Maikynova, Deputy Headmaster for Academic Affairs of N. Ostrovsky Secondary School No. 4 of Education Department of Kurchum district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region spoke about the directions of quality management of school education.

“Effective planning is the basis of quality education” was presented by the deputy headmasters for academic affairs of Secondary School No. 16 of Semey city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region Perizat K. Raistanova and Toleugaisha A. Aliyeva.

Rauan A. Kanapina, Deputy Headmaster for Academic Affairs of Shanyrak Multi-Profile School Gymnasium of Education Department of Ridder town of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, spoke about the elimination of gaps in the knowledge of learners to be one of the main tasks of the educational process.

The event was followed by feedback from the participants.
