Regional Workshop “Awareness-raising work to prepare educational institutions for the state final assessment”

On April 22, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, in accordance with the Protocol Instruction given at the Office Meeting on March 2 this year, held a regional workshop for 36 schools of Semey city, Altai, Borodulikha, Zharma, Tarbagatai, Shemonaikha districts to explain and prepare educational institutions for the state assessment scheduled for June and July 2022.

The goal is to explain and prepare documents of educational institutions during the self-assessment of educational activities in accordance with the Order No. 124 dated February 2, 2016 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On approval of the criteria to assess educational institutions”.

The following schools which have already passed the procedure of state assessment shared their experience at the workshop:

Deputy Headmaster for Academic Affairs of School-Lyceum No. 11 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region Elena V. Fyedorova on “Experience in shaping a package of documents as part of the state assessment of educational institutions”;

Deputy Headmaster for Academic Affairs of Akhmer Secondary School of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region Gulnaz B. Turysbekova on “Assessment requirements for secondary education institutions”;

Deputy Headmaster for Educational Affairs of Akhmer Secondary School of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region Dinara K. Torpakova on “Requirements for assessment of educational work, civil defense, material resources”;

A methodologist of Mini-Center of Akhmer Secondary School of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region Saule B. Kelekenova on “Basic requirements of the standard curriculum for preschool education and training”;

Deputy Headmaster for Academic Affairs of Bozanbai Secondary School of Education Department of Glubokoe district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region Manat K. Boksenova “Assessment criteria to prepare education institutions for state assessment.”  

The event was followed by feedback with the participants where the speakers answered topical questions.
