Results of East Kazakhstan team’s participation in the XI Summer Chess Gymnasiada of Schoolchildren of Kazakhstan

On 13-16 April, 2022, Pavlodar city hosted the XI Summer Chess Gymnasiada of Schoolchildren of Kazakhstan. It was held in order to develop mass physical culture and sports, strengthening patriotic education of schoolchildren, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The team of East Kazakhstan region consisted of students from Semey city, Borodulikha, Tarbagatai districts, BILIM-INNOVATION East Kazakhstan Regional Specialized Lyceum for Gifted Children of Ust-Kamenogorsk city.

According to the results of the Competition in the individual events:

II place - Dumanuly Sultanbeibarys, a 6th grader of Gymnasium No. 6 of Semey city;

III place - Dauletkanov Syrym, an 8th grader of BILIM-INNOVATION East Kazakhstan Regional Specialized Lyceum for Gifted Children of Ust-Kamenogorsk city.
