Best School Library Project-2022 Remote Regional Competition as part of Reading School Project
From February, 21 to April 15, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a Remote Regional Competition called “Best School Library Project-2022” as part of Reading School Project.
The goal of the Competition is to identify, support and encourage effectively working school librarians, popularize and disseminate the effective and innovative experience of the libraries of educational institutions.
The Competition was attended by 15 school librarians of educational institutions of the region - the winners of the district and city rounds.
The Commission assessed the materials and named the winners of the Regional Competition “Best School Library Project-2022”, who were awarded Diplomas of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region:
First Degree Diploma - Tolkyn T. Sabyrbekova, Library Manager of Secondary Integrated School No. 4 of Education Department of Ayagoz district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
Second Degree Diploma - Mira S. Bayelova, Library Manager of Secondary School No. 3 of Education Department of Semey city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
Second Degree Diploma - Gulmayra T. Mamiyeva, Library Manager of Zharsu Secondary School of Education Department of Zaisan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
Third Degree Diploma - Natalya V. Odintseva, a librarian of Abai Basic Secondary School of Education Department of Borodulikha district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
Third Degree Diploma - Irina V. Zavodina, Library Manager of School-Lyceum of Altai town of Education Department of Altai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
The Competition Committee awarded the participants in the following nominations:
Best Project to recommend for reading - Gulmira R. Mukhambetova, a librarian of Kokzhota Secondary School of Education Department of Kokpekty district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
Best ICT-applied Project - Olga T. Oblezova, a librarian of Secondary School No. 5 of Education Department of Ridder town of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
Reading as a holiday - Svetlana V. Artemova, Library Manager of Secondary School No. 9 of Education Department of Semey city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
Best Local History Project - Nadezhda A. Katkova, a librarian of A. S. Ivanov Secondary School-Kindergarten of Education Department of Shemonaikha district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
