Marathon “A teacher’s emotional culture”

From March, 28 to April 1, 2022, Ust-Kamenogorsk branch of the Center for Teaching Mastership and Shygys Regional Center held a marathon called “A teacher’s emotional culture”, organized in accordance with the annual plan of Young Teachers’ Centre “Phoenix” of educational institutions of East Kazakhstan region.

During the Marathon, young professionals got the opportunity to understand how to manage their emotions, work was done to maintain emotional balance in stressful situations and develop empathy. They also addressed the question “How to turn negative emotions into vitality?” and received information on the topic “Emotional stress: control and prevention.”

More than 200 young teachers of East Kazakhstan took part in the Marathon.
