Third Session of Young Leaders’ Reserve School -2021”

On 28-30 March, 2022, the Third Session called “Legal foundations of management. Fundamentals of legal interactions and personnel work” took place according to the annual plan of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region “Young Leaders’ Reserve School -2021”.

The lecturers of the course were Bakhtygul O. Keldibayeva, headmaster of Secondary School No. 10 of Education Department of Semey city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region and Marhabbat K. Karibayeva, headmaster of Belousovka Secondary School No. 1 of Education Department of Glubokoe district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

The goal of the Reserve School is to train qualified specialists who are ready to run educational institutions of the region.   

The course program included a theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the lecturers briefed the participants on the legal documents, state educational standards, orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and constituent documents of educational institutions. In the practical part, the participants did their homework, drew up working curricula, school development programs, examined labor disputes, and after completing the course, presented and defended a draft model of a modern school.

The participants of the Reserve School once again received the necessary and useful information for their further work.

The Final Session will be held in May this year.
