Open Day “Modern model of successful education institution”

On March 25, 2022, in accordance with the plan of the spring holiday school of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, School-Center of Additional Education No. 48 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held an Open Day for headmasters of regional secondary schools “Modern model of successful education institution”.

The goal - the features of the successful institution and managing the updated educational process at school. 

The headmasters of schools of Tarbagatai, Zaisan, Kurchum, Katon-Karagai and Kokpekty districts took part in the Open Day.

During the event, the headmaster of the school Chinar T. Mazhinova shared the experience “Peculiarities of managing a modern school.”

Deputy headmaster for educational affairs Zh. M. Imankenova briefed on the ongoing work at the school as a center of additional education, increasing the interest of school students in modern professions when studying various courses.

The school administration carried out an introductory work in order to demonstrate the specifics of the subject-spatial environment of the school as the most important condition for the efficient educational process. They presented classrooms with modern equipment, their design, the system of work of teachers of History, Mathematics and STEM classrooms.

The participants received accessible and meaningful information from the Deputy Headmasters for Academic Affairs N.I. Shabalova on “A successful teacher is a successful school”, Zh. M. Imankenova “Reading school”, a teacher - psychologist Zh. E. Nurbekova on “Psychological training”.

Following the event, Deputy Headmaster for Academic Affairs Bakytgul K. Akhmetbayeva organized feedback with the participants, answered their questions and summed up the results.
