On March 24, 2022, as part of the spring holiday school, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held an online methodological workshop “Using effective methods while preparing for PISA international study”.
The goal of the workshop is to exchange experience on the forms and methods to improve learners' mathematical skills by solving PISA problems.
The event was attended by teachers of Mathematics and Physics of secondary schools of the region, participating in PISA-2022.
The speakers of the workshop, who shared their experience were:
Balzam M. Sakhariyeva, a teacher of Mathematics of Sh. Ualikhanov School-lyceum No. 3 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Matematika sabagynda okushylardyn funktsyonaldyk sauattylygyn damytu”;
Karlygash A. Olzhakhanova, a teacher of Mathematics of School-Lyceum No. 22 of Education Department of Semey city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Matematika panіnen okushylardyn funktsyonaldyk sauattylygyn arttyru аdіs-tasіlderdin koldanyluy”;
Natalya G. Anokhina, a teacher of Physics of Regional Specialized School for Children Gifted in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region on “Forming functional literacy in Physics classes as a condition to develop schoolchildren’s key skills”;
