PRESS-ANNOUNCEMENT of methodological workshop “Models to prepare for Olympiads in Natural Sciences and Mathematics with teaching in English”

As part of the spring holiday school for the 2021-2022 academic year, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region is holding an offline workshop called “Models to prepare for Olympiads in Natural Sciences and Mathematics with teaching in English” on the basis of BILIM-INNOVATION East Kazakhstan Regional Specialized Lyceum for Gifted Children of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region in order to disseminate advanced pedagogical experience in teaching Natural Sciences in English and preparing for Olympiads.   

The workshop includes:

- methodological platforms in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry and Biology;

- round table “Challenges faced in preparing students for Olympiads and teaching in English”;

- exhibiting laboratory works in the educational direction;

- exchange of experience: methods, techniques and features to prepare for the Olympiads.

The methodological workshop is taking place on March 18, 2022.

Time - for schools with Kazakh and Russian languages ​​of instruction - 9.00 am.
