PRESS ANNOUNCEMENT of regional online workshop “Methods and techniques of teaching Biology, Chemistry in English”

Trilingualism is one of the priorities of modern education. Today's social control of the society is to ensure a higher level of training in subjects of Science and Mathematics, as well as to teach subjects of this direction in English.

On February 10, 2022, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, as part of the annual plan, holds a workshop on the exchange of experience called “Methods and techniques for teaching Biology, Chemistry in English”.

The regional workshop will be attended by the Chairs of the Associations of Teachers of Biology, Chemistry, teachers of Biology and Chemistry of educational institutions of the region.

During the event, subject teachers will expand their understanding of the methods and techniques of teaching Chemistry, Biology in English, and the possibilities of CLIL technology.

Moderator: Ayaulym N. Nurbekova, a methodologist in Biology and Chemistry of Learning Content and Education Quality Monitoring Unit of Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
