PRESS ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINTER HOLIDAYS SCHOOL-2022 OF TEACHERS OF THE REGION
In 2021, Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region made special efforts to improve the status, methodological support and professional growth of teachers. For the first time, on the initiative of Regional Akim D.K. Akhmetov, the best teachers of institutions of secondary and technical-vocational education received regional awards “Shygys Kazakhstan oblysynyn enbek sinirgen ustazy”, “Shygys Kazakhstan oblysynyn bilim beru isine koskan ulesi ushin”.
Teachers of Ust-Kamenogorsk, Semey, Borodulikha district O.I. Gataullina, Zh.N. Durmekbayeva, R.M. Ryspekov received “Best Teacher Award – 2021”.
A psychologist and teachers of Self-Knowledge of Zharma district and Ust-Kamenogorsk city I.T. Tagiyeva and Z.N. Zhomartov received the awards “Asyl zhurek”, “Meiyrim - Alemge Makhabbatpen”, the director of Zerek Center of Additional Education of Ust-Kamenogorsk city E. Zharkembayev was awarded the medal “Balalyk shaktyn dosy”.
300 English teachers have successfully passed the courses “TKT module 2.3”. 500 teachers from schools of the region passed the courses as part of implementing the Roadmap on Inclusive Education. Within the framework of the Reading School Project, 89 school libraries were modernized, 200 school librarians passed advanced training courses.
The Author's Programs of 4 teachers were approved by the Republican Expert Council.
4 young teachers from Ust-Kamenogorsk city, Ayagoz, Urjar districts and Bilim-Innovation Lyceum R.D. Israilov, M.K. Zhangeldina, S.E. Kazhytayev, G.E. Zamanianov won top places in the Republican Competition “Talented teacher for gifted children”.
Education Administration opens the beginning of 2022 with a Winter Holidays School for teachers.
The goal is in continuous professional development of teachers, generalization and dissemination of advanced pedagogical experience, and advanced training.
The plan of activities of the Holiday School includes 8 areas of activities:
1) interregional events for the exchange of experience of leadership on the availability of high-quality education in the conditions of small-scale schools of Pavlodar, West Kazakhstan, Karaganda, North Kazakhstan, Almaty, East Kazakhstan regions;
2) joint activities in an offline format with TMC NIS to develop functional literacy as part of preparation for the international PISA of MS teachers of Glubokoe, Zharma, Beskaragai, Ayagoz, Kopekty, Katon-Karagai districts, Altai district:
3) sharing the experience of the winners of Best Teacher Award - 2020, Best Teacher Award - 2021 in a regular mode in the form of two-day master classes:
O.I. Gataullina - for teachers of Computer Science of Semey city, Kurchatov and Borodulikha districts on the basis of Secondary School No. 17 of Semey city;
R.M. Ryspekov - for teachers of Physics of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, Glubokoe, Ulan districts on the basis of Regional Specialized IT-School-Lyceum of EA EKR;
Zh.N. Durmekbayeva, - for teachers of Mathematics of Ayagoz district on the basis of Ayagoz School-Lyceum;
E.B. Auezov - for teachers of Computer Science, Robotics of Altai district on the basis of Secondary School No. 11;
A.N. Myrzabayeva - for primary school teachers of Kokpekty district on the basis of Chaizhunusov Secondary School;
Zh.K. Sagatbekova - for teachers of Mathematics of Tarbagatai district on the basis of Nurbayev Secondary,
N.V. Melnikova - for primary school teachers of Shemonaikha district on the basis of Ostrovsky Secondary School of Shemonaikha district;
4) preparation for international research through the development of reading literacy - a workshop for the Chairmen of the Association of Kazakh language and literature;
5) implementation of Reading School Project - a meeting of the School Librarians' Association;
6) school for the leadership reserve - 2 online sessions for young teachers;
7) traning for heads of educational institutions - open days in the regular mode of Y. Altynsarin Gymnasium School No. 37 of Semey city, School-Center for Continuing Education No. 48 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, M.Auezov Secondary School No. 17 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city;
8) regional events “One Methodological Day” - generalization of advanced pedagogical experience in the online format of teachers of preschool, secondary, additional education, psychologists.
Target audience - heads of methodological offices, methodologists, heads of educational institutions, deputy headmasters, teachers of preschool, secondary and additional education institutions, psychologists.
Forms of work - an interregional webinar, workshops, an offline pedagogical workshop, master classes, online workshops, focus group meetings, methodological platforms, online sessions, meetings of the Regional Expert Council.
