Regional Competition “Successful Manager – 2021”

A headmaster is a leader, a headmaster is an intellect, a headmaster is a qualified person!  

The Annual Regional Competition “Successful Manager – 2021” began with these words. The regional round of the Competition was attended by 12 heads of educational institutions of the region - the winners of the district (city) rounds.

The professional competition “Successful Manager – 2021” is aimed at identifying the most talented and effective leaders of educational institutions, at consolidating the image of a modern school headmaster as a leader of the teaching staff who successfully implements the state policy in the education, disseminating models of successful work, innovative teaching and management experience meeting the modern trends in the development of Kazakhstan education.

The participants demonstrated the effectiveness of their work, personal, professional qualities and achievements in the prepared video “Headmaster’s visiting card”, presented the project “My innovation in educational management”, passed the competitive test “Formula of success”, where each participant showed their own formula for success.

In the final competitive test “Press conference – a question to the headmaster of the year”, each participant showed their abilities to conduct a meaningful dialogue, answering questions.

Among the heads of secondary education institutions of East Kazakhstan region:

I place - Natalya V. Akhaeva, headmaster of Valeological Specialized School-Complex for Gifted Children”, EA EKR;

II place - Arman Sh. Mukanov, headmaster of Novopokrovka Secondary School of Education Department of Borodulikha District, EA EKR.

ІІІ place - Raushan A. Mukhtarkhanova, headmaster of Comprehensive School No.47 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, EA EKR.

Letters of thanks were awarded to:

  1. Aliya K. Akhmetova, headmaster of Abylai-Khan School-Kindergarden of Education Department of Urjar district of EA EKR;
  2. Saken S. Zhaksylykov, headmaster of Shilikty Secondary School of Education Department of Zaisan district of EA EKR.

Among the heads of small schools of the region:

I place - Galiya Ch. Kapanova, headmaster of Aksu Secondary School of Education Department of Katon-Karagai district of EA EKR;

ІІ place - Alfiya S. Manapova, headmaster of Privolnoe Secondary School of Education Department of Ulan district of EA EKR;

ІІІ place - Maksat D. Egizbayev, headmaster of Kurchum Secondary School No. 5 of Education Department of Kurchum district of EA EKR.
