Results of diagnosing abilities using “4C” approach for children aged 10-11

The Qabilet Service has been launched in East Kazakhstan region since October this year, as part of the initiative of the El Umiti Fund of the First President.

The project is being implemented by the Fund of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Elbasy Academy Corporate Fund, with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

The major task of the project is to provide an opportunity for each family to assess the level of children's abilities and receive recommendations for both parents and children on further training and development of their talents.

To date, the website qabilet.elbasyacademy.kz has counted over 10,000 registered users, about 8,000 children from our region passed the test.

Upon completion of the first step of online testing, schoolchildren of 10-11 years of age who scored more than 70 points were admitted to the second step of testing.

The second step took place on December 2, 2021, where each child who tested by the psychologist of the Qabilet Service received an individual recommendation and consultation on identifying their own abilities.

Based on the testing results, the participant received an analysis of the results of abilities in key competencies of the 21st century – 4C, this means Critical thinking, Creativity, Communication and Collaboration.

Furthermore, the students who entered the second step were consulted and received an individual recommendation.
