Regional scientific and practical conference “The role of Psychological Service as a college counsellor to prevent the suicidal risk of conversation as part of private communication of students”

Regional scientific and practical conference on the topic “The role of Psychological Service as a college counsellor to prevent the suicidal risk of conversation as part of private communication of students” took place on November 19, 2021, according to the plan of the Regional Methodological Association of Psychologists. It was held for psychologists of educational institutions of the technical and vocational education system of East Kazakhstan region.

Goal: prevention of suicidal risk of conversation as part of private communication of students.  

The Conference heard the reports of I. V. Grokhotova, a teacher-psychologist of Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Medical College (The role of Psychological Service as a college counsellor to prevent the suicidal risk of conversation as part of private communication of students based on the analysis of the experience of conversations and the work of the college psychological service);  

E.K. Amirenova, a teacher-psychologist of Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Medical College (Features of private relationships among young people with Muslim upbringing based on the analysis of the experience of the college psychological service);

I.K. Matskevich, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Professor of Psychology and Correctional Pedagogy Department, S. Amanzholov EKU (A personal range of relations: resources and risks), etc.  

According to the results of the Conference, appropriate recommendations were adopted. In all, about 50 educational psychologists of colleges of East Kazakhstan region participated in the conference.
