Discussion platform as part of the Republican Conference “WorldSkills Kazakhstan Conference 2021: Developing WorldSkills standards-based professional skills in construction competencies”

Today, on November 18, 2021, Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, jointly with Construction College of Semey city held a discussion platform as part of the Republican Conference “WorldSkills Kazakhstan Conference 2021: Developing WorldSkills standards-based professional skills in construction competencies”, in accordance with the plan of the Regional Methodological Associations of deputy directors for educational and production affairs.

Participants: representatives of Talap NJSC, Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, Vocational Education Center of East Kazakhstan region, stakeholders of the Kazakhstan WorldSkills Movement in construction competence, employers, deputies for educational and production affairs of TVE institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, masters of industrial training.

The goal is to consider the key activities of educational institutions on improving the professional skills of teachers in preparing participants for the WorldSkills competition in building competencies, demonstrating the experience of TVE institutions in implementing WorldSkills’ standards and requirements in construction competencies, as well as demonstrating teaching methods in preparing students for WorldSkills Championships.

Appropriate recommendations were adopted following the discussion platform.
