No cruelty and violence against children

On 9-20, November 2021, all educational institutions of the region have launched the Republican Information Campaign “No cruelty and violence against children”, as part of Kazakhstan's ratification of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

The goal of the Campaign is to raise public awareness, including adults and children, about the problem of violence and abuse against children, its consequences for the child and society, as well as the basics of international legislation in this area.  

Workshops, meetings, classroom meetings at schools, raid events and others will be held as part of the action, with participation of parents, representatives of interested government agencies, public and non-governmental organizations.
