Regional online round table “Omirin zhyrmen ornektep”

“We have only poets, only singers, only learned women. A lot of them. But, nevertheless, there is one woman who combines these three qualities. This is Tursynkhan Abdrakhmanova. Tursynkhan Abdrakhmanova was an amazing phenomenon of Kazakh women of the 20th century. There has never been such a wonderful phenomenon among women all over the globe. This is historic truth.”

On November 5, 2021, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional online round table “Omirin zhyrmen ornektep”, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the national writer of Kazakhstan Tursynkhan Abdrakhmanova. The goal of the round table is to popularize the life and work of the poetess, who left an immortal legacy of Kazakh spirituality.

Head of the Department of Abaeology and Literature of the New Era of M.O. Auezov Institute of Literature and Art, MES RK, Professor Serikkazy S. Korabai covered the topic “Tursynkhan Abdirakhmanovanyn shygarmashylyk murasy”;

Excellence in Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, author of a methodological manual on World History for 7th grade, veteran of pedagogical work, sister of the writer Madeniet Mazhenova shared her memories;

Head of Philology Department of Alikhan Bokeikhan University of Semey city Gulnur Mursalim highlighted the topic “Thematic channels and artistic searches in the poetry of Tursynkhan Abdrakhmanova” and spoke about the life and work of the author.

Artistic skill in the poet's poems and its place in literature was revealed by

- Master of Philology, teacher of Kazakh language and literature of A.S. Pushkin Secondary School of Kokpekty district Ainur Askarovna “Tursynkhan Abdirakhmanovanyn adebiettegi dara saryny men tildik boyauy”;

- Deputy Headmaster for Academic Affairs of Asubulak Secondary School of Ulan district, teacher of Kazakh language and literature Baglan K. Nurseitova on “Tursynkhan Abdirakhmanova olenderindegi poetikalyk til sheberligi”.

The event was attended by 100 teachers of Kazakh language and literature from districts, cities of the region and regional educational institutions.

During the work, the participants not only shared information about the life and work of the poetess, but also recited and analyzed the author's poems. In the reflective part of the round table, there was a proposal to study the creativity of Tursynkhan Abdrakhmanova as a regional component in Kazakh language and literature classes.
