Regional online workshop “Result-oriented learning as a basis for enhancing the education quality”
On November 4, 2021, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional online workshop “Result-oriented learning as a basis for enhancing the education quality”, in accordance with the plan of events during the autumn holidays in order to disseminate the experience of Y. Altynsarin Gymnasium No. 37 - the winner of the Grant of the Regional Competition “Best Institution of Secondary Education – 2021”.
The goal of the workshop is to exchange experience on the effective organization of the educational process to reduce the gap in the education quality between urban and rural schools.
The workshop was attended by school headmasters, deputy headmasters for teaching and educational affairs, subject teachers of rural schools.
In the first part of the workshop, the headmaster of the Gymnasium Zh. Z. Malgazhdarova briefed on the progress of implementing the school development plan and further tasks.
Within the framework of the workshop, the following experts shared their work experience:
A.S. Kadirbekova, G.M. Mukhamediyeva on “Daryndy okushymen zhumys algoritmi”, “Okushylardyn daryndylygyn damytudagy erekshelikterі”;
Zh.S. Kaspakbayeva, U.K. Chegebayeva on “Bastauysh bilim satysynda daryndy okushylardy olympiadaga daiyndau bagytynda zhurgiziletin zhumystar”;
G.T. Zhurtbayeva on “Organization of work with gifted children in extracurricular hours: methods, problems, experience”;
Zh.K. Sagatbekova, the winner of the “Uzdik Teacher Award-2020” on “Zhemisti enbek - zhetistik baspaldagy”.
As part of 4 sessional meetings of the second part of the workshop, the participants were shown master classes:
1st sessional meeting - G.K. Nurgabiyeva on “Bastauysh synyp okushylarynda matematikalyk sauattylykty kalyptastyru”, R.O. Karmysova, G.T. Toleubayeva on “Ushtilde bilim beru zhagdaiynda pan men tildi kiriktirip okytu (CLIL adisi) mumkindikteri”;
2nd sessional meeting - K.A. Orazalin on “Tarikh sabagynda zheke tulganyn қuzyrettilikterin damytu zholdary”, K.K. Zhakenova on “Ustazdyktyn sonbes zharyk zhuldyzy” Academik K.O. Bitibayeva zertkhanasy”;
3rd sessional meeting - A.S. Soltanayeva on “Bilim sapasyn arttyru factorlary”, G.M. Agybayeva “Ybyraytanu” tandau kursyn mektepte okytudyn tiimdi zholdary”;
4th sessional meeting - G.M. Zhumaksanova, R.O. Karmysova on “Kazakhstan tarikhy men agylshyn tili panderi boinysha kiriktіrіlgen sabak”, Zh.T. Toktybayeva, A.M. Khamitov “Robotics - Zaman Talaby”.
The workshop was followed by feedback, where the participants expressed their gratitude to the teaching staff of Y. Altynsarin Gymnasium No.37 of Semey city.
