Methodological assistance to young professionals of Kazakh language and literature

A young teacher of Kazakh language and literature is creative, reflective, with a pedagogical talent, striving for novelty, ready to raise the level of their professional activities.

On November 3, 2021, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional online workshop “Oku urdisin adistemelik suyemeldeudin innovaziyalyk adіsterі - sapaly bіlіm beru negіzі”, within the framework of the plan of the autumn vacation school aiming at professional development of young teachers of Kazakh language and literature.

The following experts shared their experience and provided methodological assistance:

- Arai T. Komekova, a teacher of Kazakh language and literature, mentor, teacher-researcher of Mynbulak Secondary School of Education Department of Ayagoz district on “Kazakh tili men adebieti panderinen zhazylym dagdylaryn kalyptastyrudyn tyіmdі adis-tasilderi”;

- Dinara A. Niyazbayeva, a teacher of Kazakh language and literature, teacher-master, mentor of K.Aukhadiyev Secondary School of Education Department of Kokpekty district on “Kazakh adebieti peninen oku maksattaryna zhetuge bagyttalgan tapsyrma turleri”.

- Ayaulym G. Orazova, a teacher of Kazakh language and literature, teacher-researcher of Karauyl Gymnasium of Education Department of Abai district on “Interbelsendi tasilderdi sabakta koldanudyn tyimdi zholdary”;

- Ardak A. Taudanbekova, a teacher of Kazakh language and literature, teacher-master of Belousov Secondary School No. 1 of Education Department of Glubokoe district “Kyska merzimdi sabak zhosparlaudyn tyimdi algoritmi”;

- Ainur K. Bolayeva, a teacher of Kazakh language and literature, head of the Association, teacher-master of R. Marsekov Secondary School of Education Department of Ulan district on “Tyndalym men aitylym dagdylaryn kalyptastyrudyn tyimdі adіsterі”;

- Bekzat K. Sanyazova, a teacher of Kazakh language and literature, teacher-master, deputy headmaster for educational affairs of Secondary School No. 9 of Altai town of Education Department of Altai town on “Innovationalyk adis-tasilder sapaly sabak kepili”.

The event was attended by 100 teachers of Kazakh language and literature from district, city and regional educational institutions.

During feedback young teachers asked them questions of concern and received comprehensive answers.
