Forum “Sanaly Urpak-Mangilik El Bolashagy” among TVE students
Regional Youth Forum “Sanaly Urpak-Mangilik El Bolashagy” was held on October 20, 2021, on the basis of Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Polytechnic College, within the framework of the Bolashakka Bagdar: Rukhani Zhangyru Program and the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The event was attended offline by 40 representatives from all colleges of Ust-Kamenogorsk city; due to the epidemiological situation in the country 112 teachers from 56 colleges and 100 activists of Sanaly Urpak took part in the event online.
The goal of the Forum:
- cultivating the principles of morality, integrity, honesty, justice and conscious all-round education, aimed at ensuring the protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of students from corruption;
- propaganda of anti-corruption forms, methods and means;
- implementing the measures aimed at spiritual, moral and civil-patriotic education;
- cultivating students' political and legal knowledge;
- work on the formation of moral and ethical value foundations of anti-corruption behavior of students.
The Regional Youth Forum “Sanaly Urpak-Mangilik El Bolashagy” was attended by the First Deputy Head of the Department of Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on East Kazakhstan region Zhiger Zh. Baidildin, who awarded the activists of Sanaly Urpak.
There will be no stable growth or prosperity in the state until corruption is completely eradicated. Combating against corruption must be performed comprehensively, continuously, openly and fairly. Only then it is possible to achieve the high goals set, as the activists of Sanaly Urpak of Rymbek Baiseitov Semey Financial and Economic College said sharing their systematic work in this direction.
The heritage of the great names of history is the beginning of integrity. The works of the great representatives of the East: Abai, Shakarim, Mukhtar - cultivate decency and honesty, teach to live with dignity. In their works, you can often find the concepts of honor, labor, morality, decency. All of this is an eternal heritage for our youth. In order to instill this heritage in the minds of our young people, the performance was continued by the students of M.O. Auezov Pedagogical College, who briefed on the methods of using the heritage of great people in the upbringing of the younger generation.
According to Shakarim Kudaiberdyuly, the upbringing of human qualities, cultivating them in the minds of future generations - everything is in our hands, and as a confirmation of this, the participants of the Forum warmly welcomed the staged scene “Ak pen kara” prepared by the activists of Sanaly Urpak of Urjar College.
Within the framework of the meeting, the participants of the Alash Urpaktary Club and the debaters of Ust-Kamenogorsk city held a discussion on the topic: “This Chamber considers it correct to differentiate incentives on informing citizens about corruption.” (“Bul palata azamattarga sybailas zhemkorlyk faktіlerі turaly khabarlaudy yntalandiru differenziazyasyn durys dep sanaidy”). The addresses of the debaters of the Alash Urpaktary Club stirred up stormy discussion between the debaters on the anti-corruption legislation of the country, and the audience received clear answers to their questions on the topic of the country's anti-corruption legislation.
Following the meeting, students - activists were awarded, the works of the winners of the competitions of posters, essays, videos were presented. The meeting was covered by media, all materials were presented on the Altai regional TV channel, in the newspaper Rudny Altai, on the websites of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, colleges.
As part of the solemn event, first-year students from 20 colleges took the oath and received the Sanaly Urpak Badge. Following the festive event, the Adaldyk Challenge Cup went to East Kazakhstan Agricultural College.
