Qualification enhancement courses of engineering teachers of the Technical, Vocational and Post-Secondary Education System (TVPE) of East Kazakhstan region

Talap NJSC is continuing work to enhance qualifications of teachers of the TVPE system. On 11-29 October, 2021, the teachers and masters of industrial training of the TVPE system of East Kazakhstan region are taking qualification enhancement courses in two educational programs: “Modeling the educational process taking into account academic independence in institutions of technical and vocational, post-secondary education” and “Efficient educational work in institutions of technical and professional, post-secondary education”.

In addition to classroom training, the course program includes practical training on the basis of enterprises and educational institutions of the region. Moreover, the practice is organized for teachers and masters of industrial training on the basis of enterprises in the branch/specialty, and for the directors of colleges and their deputies - practice on the basis of a partner college as part of training.

Engineering teachers of colleges of East Kazakhstan region are currently undergoing practical training on the basis of such enterprises as Nedra LLP, Tumar confectionery shop, Semey spetsnab LLP, Asia Reinforced Concrete Plant LLP, Togan Intourservice, TurMerStroy company LLP, SemAZ JSC, SMU-Shygys LLP and many other social partners of colleges.
