Regional online workshop “Methods of environmental education and upbringing of students”
Environmental education is currently one of the urgent problems. There is a need to cultivate students’ ecological knowledge and culture, to educate a socially active person who is careful and responsible for the environment.
On October 22, 2021, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, jointly with Education Department of Semey city, as part of implementing the national project “Quality Education “Educated Nation” held a regional workshop.
More than 100 people participated in the online workshop: Chairmen of Associations of Teachers of Biology, Chemistry, Geography, teachers of Biology, Chemistry and Geography of educational institutions of the region.
During the workshop, the teachers of Education Department of Semey city shared their work experience:
“Bilim beru mekemelerindegi ekologiyalyk bilim men tarbie uderisi” – a methodologist of Education Department of Semey city K. A. Akhmetkulova and deputy headmaster for educational work of Akhmet Baitursynov Secondary School No.47 A. T. Alpiyev;
“Ekologiyalyk tarbie - zamanaui kazakstandyk mektepterdin damuyndagy basym bagyt” - deputy headmaster for methodical work of Secondary School No. 3 S.S. Ospanova;
“Biology paninde aimaktyk komponentterdі paidalana otyryp ekologiyalyk bіlim beru” - a teacher of Biology of Secondary School No.4 Zh. A. Sansyzbayeva;
“Environmental education of school students in the process of research activities” - a teacher of Chemistry of Secondary School No. 1 O.N. Suskina;
“Okushylardyn ekologiyalyk kuzyrettiligin kalyptastyru” – a teacher of Biology of Secondary School No.18 A. Kh. Makazhanova;
“Korshagan ortany korgau - ekologiyalyk bilim negizi” - a teacher of Chemistry, Biology L.B. Aitkazina, a teacher of Art S.D. Akhmetkulov of Secondary School No.15.
Giving feedback, the participants expressed their gratitude, noting the efficiency of the event, highlighted the positive aspects of the workshop.
