Qabilet Service as a system to identify children’s abilities

Qabilet Service is being launched in East Kazakhstan region in October this year, as part of the initiative of the Fund of the First President “El Umiti”.

The project is being implemented by the Nursultan Nazarbayev Fund, the Elbasy Academy Corporate Fund with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Qabilet Service includes passing tests to identify the level of children’s abilities and further counselling on how to train and develop them. Diagnostics will help parents reveal the abilities and hidden skills of their children, as well as assist in building the trajectory of the child's development in the modern, rapidly developing world.

At the first round, schoolchildren ages 10-11 years old will be able to participate in the project. The next rounds will cover children from preschool age to 17 years old.

The service is provided free of charge for every student of this age.

Registration for testing is available on the Qabilet Online Platform https://qabilet.elbasyacademy.kz/. Following the testing results, psychologists will provide consulting support to children, their parents and teachers on how to develop the child's potential.

In our region, the Qabilet Service is located at: 6 Uvaliyev St., Ust-Kamenogorsk city. If there is no possibility to be tested from home, schoolchildren can take offline testing in this Center.
