Family Day in educational institutions of East Kazakhstan region

The Family Day celebrations in the Republic of Kazakhstan took place on 6-12 September, 2021, based on the regional plan prepared for the republican week “Otbasy - Bakyt Mekeni”.

Educational institutions of the region held class meetings on the topic “Happiness is ...”, “My family is my wealth”, conferences, campaigns entitled “A gift to my mom”, round tables on “Family values”, trainings “We are responsible for the future of our children”, contests of drawings and essays “My family”, sports competitions, parent meetings “Set a good example to your child”, flash mob “ Happy is he who is happy at home”, challenges “Call your parents.”

The key goal of these events was to strengthen the family institution in Kazakhstan, increase the prestige of the family, promote marriage and national values ​​of the family, ensure social and cultural continuity of generations, promote the model of the Kazakhstan family in the established national traditions.

School psychologists, together with class teachers and medical workers, held conversations with school children of grades 5-11 on the topic “Reproductive healthcare of minors.”

Charitable events were held for socially vulnerable families within the framework of the “Road to School”, where students received backpacks with stationery, school uniforms from sponsors and the Vseobuch Fund.

The librarians of schools organized and held book exhibitions “Family as a Source of Inspiration”, competitions “Most Reading Family”.

The results of the regional distance competition “Most Reading Family” with participation of 32 reading families from cities and districts of the region were announced on September 10, 2021.

During the Single Day, students and parents, grandparents took an active part in the events and showed their talents, unity of spirit and strength of family traditions.

Educational activities were carried out in compliance with all sanitary standards.
