Dear teachers, school children, students and parents!

I congratulate you on this bright and cheerful, significant holiday - Happy Knowledge Day!

The holiday of the First Bell this year, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the country's independence, is going to become an unforgettable historical moment for every child who goes to school. This year we started the school year in educational institutions in a traditional format, meeting strict sanitary requirements. The pandemic has caused many changes in education and taught how to acquire knowledge in accordance with the requirements of the new time.

Our teachers showed their professionalism, experience, love for the child, during the period of online learning. Of course, this cannot be compared with the knowledge that teachers give children face-to-face.

Today I took part in the solemn celebration of the First Bell of the School-Center for Continuing Education No. 48 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, congratulated the first graders on the Knowledge Day and presented them textbooks “Alippe”.

I wish our children sound health, openness and curiosity. School No.48 is one of the schools that uses advanced experience in education and upbringing and is equipped in accordance with the standards of the Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, although only two years have passed since its opening.

The school has highly qualified specialists.

Dear Colleagues! I know that you are glad to return to the long-awaited traditional format as well as children. This day is the beginning of new knowledge, new successes, new achievements for every civilized person. Constantly learning, developing at a professional level, this is a phenomenon that is appropriate to the modern trend.

I wish all colleagues who are lovingly fulfilling their mission, success in the new school year, experience, leave your indelible mark in education and, together with your students, elevate the mind.

Dear Parents! Thank you for your trust in this difficult period. I wish that the pandemic afflicting the whole world would end and may peace prevail in our country.

I sincerely congratulate you once again on the Knowledge Day! Happy Knowledge Day!
