Regional panel session as part of the August Conference for resource teachers and headmasters of educational institutions of East Kazakhstan region “Education quality control in pedagogical management”

On August 25, 2021, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held the online panel session “Education quality control in pedagogical management” as part of the August Teachers’ Conference of East Kazakhstan region “Well-educated nation as a key to sustainable development”.

The panel session was attended by heads of Methodological Offices, resource teachers and headmasters of the region, totaling over 550 participants.

During the work of the session, the following speakers made presentations:

Nina P. Balkunova, Head of the laboratory of Y. Altynsarin National Academy of Education, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor;

Almagul N. Mukusheva, Head of the laboratory of Y. Altynsarin National Academy of Education, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences. They briefed the session participants on the instructional and methodological letter “Features to organize the educational process in secondary education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the 2021-2022 school year”;

Arkhat A. Beisembayev, Head of Prevention and Honesty Administration of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on East Kazakhstan region on “Corruption prevention in education, clarification on changes in anti-corruption legislation”;

Bukhar S. Elemesov, a teacher of Computer Science of NurOrda School-Lyceum of Nur-Sultan city on “Automation and facilitation of time-table in schools and colleges”;

Kurganbaeva Gulmira Amanzholovna, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Director of CEO Ulttyk Ustaz-Online Akademiyasy on “New model of the Kazakhstan school. Generation Z. New Challenges to the Education System”;

Asima D. Ryskulbekova, a regional coordinator of Education Fund on “IQanat as an educational program for rural schools”;

Elvira E. Erkinbekova, a regional coordinator of IQ Education Fund on “IQanat - auyl mektepterine arnalgan bilim beru bagdarlamasy”;

Akhayeva, headmaster of Valeological School of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Academician of Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan, International Academy of Ecology and Life Protection Sciences, Associate of the Russian Academy of Natural History, a teacher-master on “Development of future skills and competencies of the 21st century through implementing innovative projects and educational technologies. Challenges of primary education”;

Galiya T. Doskanina, headmaster of Ulken Naryn Secondary School of Katon-Karagai district on the topic “Rural School as a platform of well-educated nation and the role of the summer school in forming sustainable development”;

Zhanat Z. Malgazhdarova, headmaster of Gymnasium No. 37 of Semey city on “Natizhege bagdarlangan okytu-bilim sapasyn arttyru negizі”;  

Gulzhan T. Tolegenova, headmaster of Lastayev Secondary School of Katon-Karagai district on “Okytudy baskaru zhane koshbasshylykty damytudagy uzhymdyk is-arekettin manyzy”;

Gulnaz S. Kabdykarimova, headmaster of K. Damitov Secondary School of Katon-Karagai district on “Zhazgy mektep-bilim olkylyktaryn zhoyu arkyly bilim sapasyn arttyru”.

During the meeting, the speakers answered the participants’ questions.
