Областная августовская конференция педагогов «Образование и наука – залог устойчивого развития страны»

The August Teachers’ Conference of East Kazakhstan region was held online on the 25th of August on the eve of the new school year.

The honorary guests of the conference were:

Deputy Akim of East Kazakhstan region Azamat M. Mukhamedchinov, Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Irina S. Unzhakova, CEO of the NIS JSC Kulyash N. Shamshidinova, social partners; heads of District/City Education Departments, heads of Methodological Offices, headmasters, education headmasters, teachers of educational institutions, veterans of pedagogical work and representatives of the parental community.

Deputy Akim of East Kazakhstan region Azamat Mukhamedchinov addressed the conference participants to brief on the current state of the education system and protocol instructions of the regional akim.

The Head of Education Administration Sairangul A. Zhumadilova made a report on the outcomes of the 2020-2021 school year and the major tasks for the 2021-2022 school year.

Kulyash N. Shamshidinova, CEO of the NIS JSC, made a presentation on how to address the gap in the education quality between rural and urban schools as well as to implement the Rural School Project.

The Director of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Polytechnic College Isatay S. Issin and CEO, Rector of D.Serikbayev EKTU Zhasulan K. Shaimardanov drew attention of the conference participants to the issues of technical, professional and higher education.

Olga I. Gataullina, a teacher of Computer Science of Sagadat Nurmagambetov Secondary School No.4 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, a winner of the Republican Competition for the Best Author's Program, one of the first distance learning coaches, a creator of digital resources for teachers of the Republic;

Elena S. Kosacheva, a teacher of the Piano Division of East Kazakhstan School of Arts named after People's Artists, the Abdullin Brothers, for the preparation of prizewinners and diploma winners of International and Republican Competitions;

Serikkazy Z. Magavyanov, a lecturer of Electrotechnical College of Semey city, who prepared the winner of the Eurasian Championship in WorldSkills in the competence “Electrical Installation Works”;

Galiya P. Koshenova, Head of Education Department of Katon-Karagai district for the high level of organization of the Summer School;

Mukhametkarim Kanysh, an 11th grade student of the Regional Specialized Bilim-Innovation Lyceum, gold medalist of the Republican Olympiad, silver medalist of the International School Olympiad in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science;

Omirbek Kanat, a student of Electrotechnical College of Semey city; a winner of the 2021 Eurasian Championship in WorldSkills in the Electrical Installation Work;

Kurmanova Alina, a graduate of Ozersk Secondary School of Semey city, who, according to the results of the UNT, who achieved the highest score in the region - 136 points.

For the first time, within the framework of the law “On Teacher’s Status”, the regional awards went to:

The badge “Shygys Kazakhstan Oblysynyn Enbek Sinirgen Ustazy” - Marina V. Kem, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of Electrotechnical College of Semey city,

The honorary title “Shygys Kazakhstan Oblysynyn Bilim Beru Isine Koskan Ulesi Ushin” - Laila K. Zhumukenova, a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of Secondary School of Kalzhyr settlement, Kurchum district, these teachers were also awarded certificates for KZT600,000.

Grant of the regional akim in the amount of KZT34 million was awarded to Ybyray Altynsarin School-Gymnasium No. 37 of Semey city - the winner of the regional competition “Best institution of secondary education-2021”.

The protocol instructions of the regional akim were sent to the City and District Education Departments.
