Road to School Charity Event

Traditional republican charitable action “Road to School” continues to take place on the eve of the beginning of the school year in order to provide social assistance to children from low-income, large and vulnerable families, orphans, children left without parental care and other categories of children who have the right to get social assistance (lack of clothes, shoes, school supplies), assistance for children to get ready for school, to identify children who don’t go to school.

In fulfillment of the order of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, as part of the agreement concluded between the Ministry and Menin Atamekenim NGO to collect aid to needy families, the annual charity action “Road to School” turned out to be a year-round on the atamekenim.kz portal. This platform provides a direct link between people those in need and philanthropists.

Educational institutions of the region are working to attract sponsors, social partners, government agencies to provide charitable assistance.

Those wishing to help children get prepared for school, can contact Education Departments or directly the educational institution, there are hotlines (posted on websites, social networks).
