Organizational issues related to enrolment in colleges in 2021

On May 28, 2021, a videoconferencing with college directors took place on the ZOOM platform concerning enrolment in colleges.  

According to the Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 29, 2016 No. 122, the state educational order is placed at the choice of applicants (the principle “money for student”).

In this regard, according to changes in the mechanism for placing public orders and enrolment to colleges in 2021, applicants submit documents via the information system https://vko-abiturient.kz/ on the website of Education Administration.

At this meeting, the Director of Vocational Education Center of East Kazakhstan region A. Akylbek explained the admission rules in educational institutions that implement educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education for 2021. Deputy Director of Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Polytechnic College A. E. Dairbekova conducted a full overview of filling out the information card of TVE institutions.

Also, the meeting was attended by the developer of the website Ruslan Sameteyev, who presented the information system https://vko-abiturient.kz/ and provided a full explanation of how to fill it out.
