Results of the Republican round of the Junior Olympiad in Mathematics and Science

On May 19, 2021, the Republican Junior Olympiad in Mathematics and Science was held online at one time in all regions of the Republic.

It was attended by 24 schoolchildren-winners of the regional round of the Olympiad.   

The goal of the Olympiad is to stimulate students' interest in advanced study of Mathematics and Science, improve the system of juniors’ training for higher-level Olympiads and create the Olympic Reserve.

Gifted schoolchildren of the region, students of grades 7-8 showed their knowledge in the subjects of Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Geography, Chemistry and Computer science.

According to the results of the Olympiad, 12 participants won prizes (1st place - 4 students, 2nd place - 3 students, 3rd place - 5 students).

According to the results of the rating, in the context of the regions of the Republic, the team of East Kazakhstan region won the second place.
