Regional methodological online workshop “Managing a small school in the context of updated education content”

On March 26, 2021, Shygys Regional Center of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held an online methodological workshop “Managing a small school in the context of updated education content” for principals, deputy principals for educational and educational work of small schools of districts of the region.   

The goal of the workshop is to study, generalize and disseminate the experience of managing a small school in organizing the educational process and effective ways to improve education quality.  

The event was attended by school principals, deputy principals for educational and educational work, in all - 100 people.

The speaker of the workshop was the deputy head of Education Control Department of East Kazakhstan Region of the Committee for Control of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhumabek Z. Kambetov who addressed on “Working with regulatory documents within the updated education content”.

School principals shared their experience - Kairat T. Ramazanov of Takyr Basic Secondary School of Kurchum district on “Planning of educational work in small schools in the context of updated education content”; Ermek M. Abdikarimov of M.Auezov Secondary School of Borodulikha district on “Features of organizing intra-school control in a rural small school”; Arkhat A. Rakhymberdinov of K. Kaisenov Secondary School of Ulan district on “School development plan as part of the annual educational plan of a small school in the context of updated education content”.

Within the framework of the workshop, the participants received methodological assistance in planning the educational plan at the school, discussed the main problems of maintaining school records, organizing the educational process.

The workshop participants highlighted the importance and relevance of the issues and problems discussed, as well as the practical usefulness of conducting these methodological online workshops.
