Another game of regional friendly tournaments of the Republican Debate Movement “Ushkyr oy alany” took place in East Kazakhstan region

On March 18, 2021, the third online contest was held between IT School-Lyceum of EA EKR and Sh. Ualikhanov Zhas Ulan Specialized Boys’ Boarding School-Lyceum for Gifted Children of EA EKR in order to develop the Ushkyr Oy Alany Debate Movement in accordance with the timeline of friendly tournaments.

The friendly tournament was attended by coordinators of city, district education departments responsible for the debate movement development, heads of debate clubs and students of educational institutions.

During the game, teams of two players - the Government (IT school-lyceum), the Opposition (Sh.Ualikhanov Zhas Ulan Specialized Boys’ Boarding School) discussed the topic: “This Chamber will permit corporations to mine minerals only with the consent of the majority population of the territory they located on.”

The speakers of the Chamber and the Judges of the competition were Raiymbek Omirbayev, a coordinator of the Youth Resource Center of Semey city, Kazez Zhumakhanov, a senior member of the Speakers' Debate Club, as well as the judges of the competition.

Following the tournament, the participants received answers to their questions and made proposals to the work plan for the debate movement development.
