Preparatory work for placing the state educational order started in East Kazakhstan region

The project “Free vocational education to all” has been successfully implemented since 2017 in the TVE system of East Kazakhstan region.  

As part of the project, on March 17, 2021, the first meeting of the commission on placing the state educational order was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Akim of East Kazakhstan region A. Markhabat with the participation of representatives of maslikhats, local executive agencies, sectoral public agencies, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs, public organizations and business structures.

The commission approved the volume of the state educational order for training of personnel with technical and vocational, post-secondary education for the 2021-2022 academic year in the amount of 6,230 places, as well as a schedule for accepting applications and a package of documents from colleges to participate in the competition for placing the state educational order for the period from March, 29 until April 2, 2021.

By the way, today 21,858 students get free education in 74 out of 84 colleges of the region, which is 69% of the total number of full-time students.
