Since April 1, 2021 parents of first graders to be able to submit an online application to the school

Beginning from April 1, 2021, an electronic system for accepting documents to enroll in the first grades of secondary schools will be available in the region. Just like in the previous year, this year each parent can independently, without leaving home, apply to the school online.

Parents can get this service on the E-Government Portal www.egov.kz by means of an electronic digital signature (EDS). Applications will be submitted 24/7, so parents, while at work or at home, can apply to the school online.

To submit an application, you need to visit the website, fill out the necessary information and attach scanned copies of the following documents: a document on the state of health in the form of 026/y-3 “Child's health passport”; a document on the state of health in the form of 063/y and two 3x4 photographs. The service will be refused in case of submitting an incomplete package of documents or unreadable scanned copies.

If parents have no computers or the Internet, they can also go to the nearest school and contact the teaching personnel of the educational institution to get this service.
