Results of the regional qualifying round of the presidential winter combined events and winter orienteering of the X-Winter Gymnasiada among schoolchildren of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan

The regional qualifying round of the presidential winter combined events and orienteering of the X-Winter Gymnasiada among schoolchildren of the Republic of Kazakhstan came to the end - one of the largest open complex competitions held among schoolchildren once every two years.

The goal is the further massive developing physical culture and sports, strengthening patriotic education among schoolchildren, promoting a healthy lifestyle, attracting students to regular physical education and sports, including winter sports; carrying out purposeful work to identify and train young talented athletes to participate in the largest republican and international competitions, tournaments and championships.

The regional competitions were attended by students - the winners of the in-school and city / district qualifying rounds. The competitions were carried out according to the rules of the International FISH Federation as personal-team. The overall team performance among boys and girls was counted separately.

Athletes-winners of the regional round of the competition will take part in the republican X Winter Gymnasiada in summer in Nur-Sultan and Petropavlovsk from February, 24 to March 12, 2021.
