Webinar on the topic “Technology for early identifying of suicidal behavior risk groups among students”

On February 27, 2021, psychologists and classroom teachers of schools of the region took part in the Webinar on the topic “Technology for early identifying of suicidal behavior risk groups among students”, organized by the Professional Psychological League jointly with the Federation of Educational Psychologists of Russia.

The speakers - Gennady S. Bannikov, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Senior Researcher at the Scientific and Practical Center for Prevention of Suicides and Unsafe Behavior of Minors under the Center for Emergency Psychological Care, and Olesya V. Vikhristyuk, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Vice-rector for educational and social work of the Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University briefed on child suicide, its types, methods and diagnostics.  

The webinar was fruitful that considered the issues of psychological support of minors those at risk of suicidal behavior, methods of counselling, and the prevention of suicide among minors.
