Remote regional round of the Republican Forum “Discovering the world of professions”

On February 24, 2021, Daryn East Kazakhstan Scientific and Methodological Center for Gifted and Additional Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region is holding the regional round of the distance Republican Forum “Discovering the world of professions” in accordance with the action plan of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region. 

The goal of the Forum is to activate a creative approach to the study of professions by students to ensure a successful choice of a future profession, those demanded and relevant in the labor market, in the economy of the future of Kazakhstan, to involve students and teachers in joint socially significant career guidance activities. 

The winners of the district rounds - students of institutions of general secondary, additional, technical and vocational education are taking part in the Forum.

Age of the Forum participants: 14-17 (up to 18) years of age.

Forum has 4 nominations:

1) “There is such a profession” - a competition of children's computer presentations of professions demanded and relevant in the labor market and in the economy of Kazakhstan;

2) “Time to choose a profession” - competition of vlogs (video stories);

3 “I’m in the world of professions” - literary competition (essay);

4) “Profession of yesterday, today, tomorrow” Vine competition. Vines (video stories) with entertaining video content for social networks in a specific profession are provided for the Competition. 

Winners and prizewinners will be awarded diplomas. All participants will be awarded certificates.

The winners of the regional round will represent East Kazakhstan region at the Republican round of the Forum.
