Outcomes of organizational meeting with full-time secretaries of Commissions for Juvenile Affairs of cities and districts of the region

On February 19, 2021, Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held an online meeting for full-time secretaries with the representatives of the authorized agencies in order to provide methodical assistance and high-quality organization of the activities of district and city Commissions for Juvenile Affairs and their rights’ protection.

The meeting was attended by the judge of the Specialized Juvenile Court No. 1 of East Kazakhstan region Saniya M. Tutkanbayeva and the senior inspector for special assignments of Juvenile Police Group of Local Police Service Aigerim E. Beisembayeva.

They considered the key issues of the activities of the Commissions and discussed the draft Standard Regulations on the activities of the Commission for Juvenile Affairs and Protection of their Rights and the duty regulations of the secretaries.

During the meeting, the speakers answered problematic questions regarding the consideration of cases of minor children.
