Regional online forum “Educational process in small schools: problems, experience, innovations”

Regional forum “Educational process in small schools: problems, experience, innovations” took place on January 27, 2021 in the Innovation Center for Education Development of Education Administration of Pavlodar region.

The goal of the forum is to improve the educational process in a small school, exchange experience on the effective organization of the educational process to improve the knowledge quality in rural schools.

The forum was attended by teachers of small schools of North Kazakhstan, Almaty, Karaganda and East Kazakhstan regions.

The forum included a plenary session and 6 sections.

Lyazzat Kamzina, a coordinator of small schools of Education Department of Kurchum district of East Kazakhstan region in the direction “Management of educational process in a small school” addressed “Supporting schools as a center for small school development”. In her report she noted the importance of increasing the professional competence of rural school teachers, developing cooperation between urban and rural teachers and learners through the work of resource centers and supporting schools.

Principal of K.Kaisenov Secondary School of Ulan district Arkhat Rakhimberdinov shared his experience on the topic “An innovative step in educational process management in small schools: about tasks and directions of school management and specifics of organizing activities”.  

The forum was followed by feedback, where a coordinator for small school development of Educational Management Office of Shygys Regional Centre of Education Administration of EKR G.M. Boshayeva outlined the practical importance of the forum and thanked all participants.
