PRESS RELEASE of online workshop on “Multilingualism in Education - Methods and Prospects”

 Shygys Regional Center of Education Admiration of East Kazakhstan region, according to the action plan, holds an online workshop on “Multilingualism in Education - Methods and Prospects” for teachers of Russian language and Literature of secondary schools of the region.

The goal of the workshop is to share practices on using effective methods and techniques in the process of developing an active and competitive personality in a multinational and multicultural society.

The speaker of the online workshop: - Kandaurova Svetlana Aleksandrovna - a teacher-researcher of School Lyceum No. 11 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city on “Multilingualism as basis to develop a multicultural personality as part of general education”. The speaker of the online workshop will share her experience on using effective methods and techniques to create conditions for acquiring the communication skills by schoolchildren in Kazakh as the official language, in Russian as the language of interethnic communication, in English as a foreign language, as well as evolving social and cultural interaction skills.

The methodical online workshop is taking place on January 27, 2021 at 10.00 a.m.
