Regional distance methodical workshop on “Pedagogical competence in teacher-education system” among resource teachers and faculty members of technical and vocational education institutions of East Kazakhstan region

On January 22, 2021, a regional distance methodical workshop on “Pedagogical competence in teacher-education system” was held among resource teachers and faculty members of technical and vocational education institutions of East Kazakhstan region in accordance with the plan of the regional methodical association of pedagogical direction of the Center for Professional Education of East Kazakhstan region, jointly with Abai East Kazakhstan Humanitarian College.

The goal of the workshop: to improve the professional competence of teaching staff, to provide methodical support and exchange of experience.

The work of the workshop was carried out in sections: Professional competence of teachers, Shaping information competence in distance learning, etc.

The speakers of the workshop: a resource teacher of Abai East Kazakhstan Humanitarian College, a teacher of Pedagogy A.Bekshoinova made a report on “Professional competence of a teacher as a key factor in education quality improving”, a teacher of Computer Science A. Kasenova demonstrated the use of online services to create didactic materials in distance learning, a teacher of  Physics M.Rakymetdolla made a presentation on the topic “Using virtual laboratory works in Physics classes”. Faculty members of special disciplines in Preschool Education and Training G. Kudaibergenova, A. Kusainova demonstrated a virtual exhibition on the topic “Innovative activity in shaping professional competencies of future specialists”. Also, participants of the workshop gave feedback in the platform chat.

The workshop was attended by about 90 resource teachers and faculty members of the college. The teachers who presented their practices during the workshop will be awarded letters of thanks from the Center for Professional Education of East Kazakhstan region.
