Holding International Digest Lesson “A Pathway to Independence - 29 Years Later”

On December 11, 2020, East Kazakhstan Regional Center for New Technologies in Education held an International Digest Online Lesson with the participation of the Republic of Tatarstan entitled “A Pathway to Independence - 29 Years Later”, dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The goal of the lesson is to expand the information field of learners on the history of establishing the independent sovereign Kazakhstan in the context of economy, politics, culture, foreign policy through the implementation of IT competencies and the principle of historicism.

The lesson was attended by learners of regional schools and the Lyceum of Kazan Federal University, the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation.

The lesson highlighted the major directions of development of the Republic of Kazakhstan during the years of Independence. Moreover, students from Tatarstan spoke about the relationship between the Republics and looked forward to further continuing joint cooperation.

More than 600 students and teachers participated in the lesson.
