Outcomes of Al-Farabi International Olympiad in Natural Sciences and Mathematics

Daryn Republican Scientific and Practical Center as part of celebrating the 1150th anniversary of the great scientist, philosopher, thinker Abu Nasyr al-Farabi held an international distance Al-Farabi Olympiad in subjects of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.

The Olympiad was held in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography for students of grade 10. Students from Russia, Mongolia, Thailand, Singapore, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, USA and Iran participated in the Olympiad.

347 schoolchildren of East Kazakhstan region took part in the International Olympiad.

According to the results of the Olympiad, 163 participants became prize-winners of the International Olympiad:

1. I Degree Diploma went to 56 participants;
2. II Degree Diploma - 36 participants;
3. III Degree Diploma - 71 participants.
