Outcomes of K.Satpayev IV Republican Chemistry Olympiad

K.Satpayev IV Republican Chemistry Olympiad among students of grades 9 was held online on November 3, 2020.

The purpose of the Olympiad is to identify and support gifted children, better theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and increase students' interest in learning Chemistry.

Over 60 students from all regions of the Republic participated in the Olympiad. The region was represented by 3 students - winners of the Republican Junior Olympiad in Science and Mathemats.

According to the outcomes of the Olympiad, the winners are:

1) Polosina Veronika, a student of grade 9 of Secondary School No. 8 of Altai town, was awarded the II degree diploma;

2) Mamyrbekov Bekbolat – a student of grade 9 of East Kazakhstan regional specialized lyceum Bilim-Innovation for gifted children of Ust-Kamenogorsk city was awarded the third degree diploma.

3) Toleuov Alimzhan, a student of grade 9 of East Kazakhstan regional specialized lyceum Bilim - Innovation for gifted children of Semey city was awarded a diploma of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center “Daryn” of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
